It is based on a structured database web-based system that securely stores and regulates patients related medical data. The system aims at facilitating the process of reporting, monitoring and measuring performance. It fits the needs of small, medium, and large-scale dental clinics.
By using DentoSoft, Dentists can manage their patients' profiles, register their new cases, upload documents such as x-ray images, document the treatment procedure, record all follow-up visits, prepare transcripts and set next appointments.
The system is not limited to manage patients' data, it is extended to manage other fields such as the financial transactions of the clinic, including income, expenses, utility bills, relations with suppliers and more. The reporting system is amazing as the dentist can evaluate performance, net-income, credits and debits, cash flow, upcoming payments, and more.
Utilizing the best user experience and interface design, the system is very friendly and simple to use. The process is simplified as if you can use Facebook or any other platform. This is because, when our developers started the analysis and development, they closely consulted practitioner dentists from the industry by gathering their experience from using other competitive applications.
DentoSoft is flexible and practical in which a clinic account can contain multi sub-accounts to secretary or to other doctors in the clinic. Sub-accounts data can be separated and / or viewable by others who are authorized to do so in the clinic since access permissions can be set and limited to every single window in the system.

The workflow on DentoSoft
Once you receive your login information on your email, you start activating and customize your account as follows:
Update your clinic/Doctor information: update the clinic name, dentist(s) name(s), telephone and mobile numbers, address, upload your clinic logo, working days and times. etc. |

Create usernames and passwords for other users if they exist (hence: a secretary account) |

Update the list of Medicine you will use frequently |

Update the list of diagnosis and services categories |

Update the list of your clinic suppliers, utility bills, other expenses |
|
Add your first patient: add patent’s name, contact info, health background, special allergies |

Add new patient first diagnosis: diagnosis type, category, detailed symptoms, treatment basic plan, initial charge, expected number of visits. |

Start adding follow up visits and future appointments |

Start preparing medical transcripts by picking needed medicine and doze from the predefined list as in step number 3 |

Start uploading x-ray images and other photos or documents (lab reports etc) to the patient’s profile. |
After the first week using the system, you can start seeing results, accurate organization of the workflow, smart reports on cash flow and net income. Control over expenses and other daily activities.
